Ingredients (9 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Water 2 tbsp
Potato (large or 2 medium) 1 pc
Carrot (average) 1 pc
Vegetable oil (+ for frying) 2 tbsp
loaf (1 PC) 300 g
Potato starch 2 tbsp

Preparing the ingredients. Dilute starch in 2 tbsp. water (you can use juice from grated potatoes).

Grate the potatoes and carrots on a fine grater, chop the onion finely or in three on a coarse grater. Add vegetable oil and diluted starch. Mix everything.

Slice a loaf or other bread.

Place the filling on one side of the loaf (although you can do it on both sides).

We start frying the sandwiches over low heat on the filling side so that it has time to fry until golden brown.
