Mustard (no slide) 1 tsp
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil (I usually use olive oil) 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise (better low-fat) 4 tbsp
Eggplant 400 g

How to make eggplant rolls with tomatoes? Prepare the necessary products. Wash the vegetables thoroughly, peel the garlic and measure out the remaining ingredients.

Peel the eggplants and cut off the stems. Cut the eggplants into 5 mm thick slices. To get rid of the bitter taste, sprinkle the eggplants with salt and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse the eggplant slices and dry them with a paper towel.
