Beet (small) 1 pc
Carrot (large or 2 small) 1 pc
Cabbage (small size) 0.25 head
Yogurt (or a little more) 2 tbsp

How to make Healthy salad with carrots, beets, cabbage and yogurt? Prepare all the products that are listed. It is better to take young cabbage for salad; it is juicy, crispy and ideal for vegetable salads. The quantity of each component can be adjusted to your liking.

Peel carrots, beets and garlic. Remove outer leaves from cabbage. Rinse all vegetables under running cold water and dry with paper towels to remove any remaining water.

Next you need to chop the vegetables. The cutting method can be any you wish. Slice everything thinly by hand or use a grater. So, grate the carrots using a coarse grater or a Korean salad grater. Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Place everything in a deep bowl.
