How to make a salad with salted mushrooms, cheese and chicken? Letʼs prepare the ingredients. Wash chicken eggs at room temperature with soap, place in a saucepan, fill with cold water and boil for about 20 minutes, hard-boiled. Fill the boiled eggs with cold water to make them easier to peel.

Separate the smoked chicken meat from the bones and finely chop it with a knife; it is better to remove the skin from the chicken.

Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden. Add chopped pre-boiled forest mushrooms to the onion in the pan; porcini mushrooms are well suited for this salad. Salt and pepper the mushrooms to taste. Fry them for about 25 minutes. Let the mushrooms cool.

This salad is best served as a puff salad. Therefore, we collect it using a culinary ring. Place the shredded smoked chicken meat in a ring on a plate as the first layer. Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise on top.

Place the second layer of fried and cooled mushrooms. Another layer of mayonnaise. We remove the walnuts from the shell and finely chop them with a knife or grind them using a blender. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.

We clean and grate the cooled boiled chicken eggs. Next comes a layer of grated boiled chicken eggs. Lubricate them on top with mayonnaise.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle it over the salad. Carefully remove the cooking ring from the salad. Garnish the top of the salad with a sprig of fresh parsley and a few cranberries, if desired. Let the salad soak, to do this we put it in the refrigerator for several hours, it is better to leave it overnight so that all layers are saturated with mayonnaise, otherwise it will taste a little dry.
