Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make Greek salad with shrimp? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any tomatoes. You can add or replace the vegetable part to your liking. In addition to shrimp, you can use other seafood to taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Boil shrimp in boiling salted water for 3 minutes until tender. Cool and peel the finished shrimp. Place shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. If you want the salad to be less watery, you can remove the core and seeds. If you have cherry tomatoes, cut them into halves. Tomatoes need to be juicy but firm. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well; during cutting and cooking, they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the cucumbers, dry them and cut them into semicircles. The skin, if it is not rough, damaged or bitter, does not need to be cut off.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stems and cut into thin slices. Instead of one bell pepper, I took two small multi-colored ones.

Step 6

Step 6
Peel a small red onion and cut into thin rings or half rings. I have half of a large onion.

Step 7

Step 7
Cut the feta into small cubes. You can replace feta with sirtaki, fetaksa or other soft cheese, for example feta cheese, mozzarella, Adygei, curd or cream cheese. True, in this case the salad will be based on the Greek one.

Step 8

Step 8
Remove the olives from the brine and dry.

Step 9

Step 9
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them with your hands. You can replace the lettuce leaves with a ready-made mixture of lettuce leaves or make such a mixture yourself

Step 10

Step 10
In a bowl, combine shrimp with lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir.

Step 11

Step 11
Place the salad on a plate. Top with feta and lettuce leaves and serve. Bon appetit!
