Mushrooms 200 g
Mayonnaise 50 g
cucumbers 1 pc
Crab sticks 200 g

How to make a salad with crab sticks and mushrooms? To prepare the salad you will need mushrooms and it is best to fry them with onions. To do this, peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onion and fry in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Then add mushrooms to the onions. You can use any mushrooms for the salad. I always give preference to wild mushrooms, which we collect and boil. Fry the mushrooms and onions for 5-7 minutes. During this time, all the liquid should evaporate and the mushrooms will begin to fry. Turn off the heat and set the mushrooms aside to cool.

Place the cooled mushrooms in the bowl in which the salad will be prepared. Add chopped boiled eggs.

If you use frozen crab sticks, you must first defrost them. Then cut the crab sticks into small pieces.

Add the chopped crab sticks to the salad bowl.

Wash the cucumber, remove the stems from both sides and cut into small cubes.
