Ingredients (1 portion)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Apples (sour) 0.5 pc
Honey 0.5 tsp
Mustard (Dijon) 1 tsp
Beef (boiled or baked) 30 g
Yogurt (natural) 1 tbsp
Celery (root) 40 g

Recipe instructions

We use raw celery root. Cut off the required amount and peel.

Cut the celery into thin strips (julienne). We cut the green, sour apple in the same way.

Prepare a sauce from yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey and salt to taste.

Season the apple and celery with sauce.

Cut the beef into thin slices and place on a plate. Using a serving ring, place the celery and apple salad on top.
