Basic:

Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Mozzarella (1 large ball or 6 small ones) 50 g
Water (for boiling poached eggs) 1 l
Table vinegar (for boiling poached eggs) 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Lettuce (lettuce mixture) 40 g
Cherry tomatoes 5 pc
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp

First, letʼs prepare the dressing; to do this, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. If you wish, you can add a little ready-made mustard and a little honey (sugar), depending on your taste.

Pour half the dressing over the lettuce leaves (washed and dried), mix and place on a serving plate.

Place chopped cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce leaves.

And add chopped mozzarella.

For poached eggs, bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add a little salt and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Break the egg into a plate and pour it into the water. The water should boil slightly (there should be no violent gurgling :))

Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove the egg with a slotted spoon.

Place the egg on the salad, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and pour the remaining dressing on top.
