Quick Tuna, Green Bean, & Omelette Salad

With this salad you wonʼt be afraid of any unexpected guests! This is one of my favorite salads. It turns out very bright, juicy, and is prepared very easily and, most importantly, quickly.

Ingredients (2 portions)

For the salad:

Lettuce 1 pc
Green beans 100 g
Tuna canned 180 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Eggs 1 pc
Water 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

For the sauce:

Olive oil 3 tbsp
White wine vinegar 1 tsp
Mustard 0.5 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Greenery to taste
Salt to taste
Ground red pepper to taste

Ingredients for salad.

Ingredients for the sauce.

Chop the garlic clove and herbs. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and lightly whisk.

Cut the green beans into pieces 3 cm long and blanch in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Place the beans in a sieve and immediately plunge into cold water.

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the onion into rings.

Mix the egg with water, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat with a fork.

In a hot frying pan, fry 1-2 thin egg pancakes (I got 1). Cut into thin strips.

Place lettuce leaves on a plate.

Add bell pepper and beans.

Place tuna, omelette and onion rings. Drizzle with dressing and serve. Bon appetit!
