Basic:

Tomatoes 2 pc
Salt 0.3 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Apples 1 pc
Carrot 2 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Greenery 1 g
Lemons (You can replace lemon juice with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.) 0.5 pc

How to make tomato carrot apple salad? Very simple! Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel and rinse. Then grate the carrots on a Korean grater; if you don’t have one, you can chop the carrots on a regular coarse grater.

Wash tomatoes and cucumbers in running water. Peel the onions and rinse. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes; if it is bitter, pour boiling water over it and rinse with cold water.

Wash the apple in running water, dry, core and cut into bars. Rinse the greens under running water, dry with paper towels and finely chop with a knife.

How to make salad dressing? In a separate bowl, mix vegetable oil, salt, sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. If there is no lemon, you can replace it with apple cider vinegar — 1 teaspoon. Mix everything well.
