Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake broccoli in the oven with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Broccoli can be taken either fresh or frozen. I used fresh cabbage. If you have frozen broccoli, you need to defrost it first. Instead of broccoli, you can use cauliflower or Brussels sprouts, or make a broccoli and cauliflower assortment. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the broccoli, dry it and cut off the florets from the central stem. If you have frozen cabbage, you can skip steps 2 and 3.

Step 3

Step 3
Separate the cabbage into smaller florets.

Step 4

Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place broccoli florets in it. Any heat-resistant shape will do.

Step 5

Step 5
Top the cabbage with sour cream.

Step 6

Step 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place the form with cabbage in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10 minutes. After the specified time, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the cabbage with grated cheese. Return the broccoli to the oven for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Leave the cabbage in the cooling oven for another 10 minutes. Ready-to-eat cabbage should be moderately elastic, crispy, and not soft. Bon appetit!
