First, fry the mushrooms. Wash the pre-peeled onions and cut into small cubes.

Place washed and peeled champignons on a kitchen towel to absorb excess liquid. Leave for 15-20 minutes so that all the moisture is absorbed into the fabric. It is important to dry the mushrooms well, otherwise, once saturated with moisture, they will become watery. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally, until cooked. Towards the end of cooking, salt the mushrooms. If you use fresh wild mushrooms, you must first boil them in salted water. Then cool the mushrooms, chop and fry in the same way. Keep in mind that cooking time will depend on the type of mushrooms, as well as the characteristics of your stove. Cool the fried mushrooms.

Remove the skin from the smoked leg and separate the meat from the bones. Cut the chicken meat into small cubes. You can also take smoked breast or drumsticks.
