There is no need to pour in a lot of vegetable oil, because we will season the salad with mayonnaise, and the oil can ruin the taste of the salad. And fry the onions and carrots until the onions are transparent and the carrots are soft, the main thing is not to overcook so that the vegetables do not burn, otherwise they will give the salad an unpleasant bitterness and spoil the taste.
