Eggs 3 pc
Potato 3 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
Champignon 200 g
Dry spices to taste

How to make a salad with mushrooms, onions, eggs? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any mushrooms, I used raw champignons.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Wash the champignons, dry and cut. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the onion for a minute. Then add the mushrooms and fry everything together for another 6-7 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste. The moisture from the mushrooms should evaporate. The mushrooms will begin to brown slightly. Place the fried mushrooms and onions on a plate and cool.

Boil eggs and potatoes. Pour water over the eggs, bring to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes. Then cool the eggs in cold water. Wash the potatoes to remove dirt. No need to clean. Fill with water, bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until soft. Then cool. Peel the cooled potatoes and eggs.

We will lay out the salad in layers. Place a serving ring on a plate and place grated potatoes in it as the first layer. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.
