Dill 10 g
Crackers 50 g
Korean carrots 150 g
Canned beans 200 g
Chinese cabbage 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with beans and Korean carrots? Prepare the main ingredients for the salad. You can take beans either canned or boiled, according to your choice. Either cook Korean carrots yourself (link below, under the recipe description), or buy ready-made ones at the market or in a store.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the Chinese cabbage well and dry. Cut it into thin strips. Transfer the cabbage to a large salad bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Add Korean carrots to the cabbage. Stir.

Step 4

Step 4
Drain the liquid from the canned beans (you can then whip up mayonnaise from them). Place the beans in a sieve to drain excess liquid. Place the beans in a salad bowl. Stir the salad.

Step 5

Step 5
Add croutons to the salad. Again: you can either cook them yourself, or buy store-bought ones, it’s a matter of taste.

Step 6

Step 6
Salt the salad, season it with mayonnaise, add chopped dill. Keep in mind that the crackers will soften quite quickly, so it is better to serve it immediately. Bon appetit!
