Green onions 50 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Champignon 200 g
Mayonnaise 180 g
Chinese cabbage 200 g

How to make a salad of mushrooms, cheese and onions? Prepare all the ingredients: peel and wash the champignons and onions. Choose a small head of Chinese cabbage, it is more tender, rinse the cabbage under running water and dry with a napkin.
