How to make a salad with shrimp, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Remove shrimp from the freezer immediately before cooking. It is better to take cheese with a not pronounced taste.

Boil the eggs hard. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes. Place the prepared eggs in a deep bowl.

Cut hard cheese into small cubes. Not very big. Add to chopped eggs. It is better to cut the cheese rather than grate it — the salad will look prettier and neater.
