Salt (pinch) to taste
Orange juice 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Oranges (or 2-3 tangerines) 1 pc
Vegetable oil (or olive) 2 tbsp
Chicken fillet (boiled or smoked chicken) 150 g
Grape 18 pc
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Soft cheese (Mozzarella type) 60 g
Lettuce leaves (Lettuce or other favorite.) 3 pc
Ground pepper mixture to taste
Chinese cabbage (3 sheets) 90 g
Pine nuts 1 tbsp

Prepare food. You can boil the chicken in advance, rinse the fruits and salad well.

Cut the grapes in half and remove seeds if there are any. Cut the chicken the size of grapes, slightly larger than Chinese cabbage. Tear the lettuce leaf, but not large. Peel the orange, remove the membranes from the segments and cut into three parts.

Place cabbage and lettuce leaves at the bottom of a spacious salad bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients one by one.

Preparing the dressing: Mix oil, juice, salt, pepper in a bowl, let stand for a while. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix carefully.
