Walnuts 100 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Beet (or 3 small) 2 pc
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Dill (3-4 branches) 15 g

Boil the beets until tender, peel and grate on a coarse grater. I used ready-boiled beets.

Also grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can use any cheese, as long as it is tasty and of high quality.

Finely chop the walnuts with a knife.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. Pass the garlic through a press. Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill and garlic in a separate plate.
