Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Eggs 2 pc
Potato 1 pc
Hard cheese 50 g
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Dill 0.5 g
Canned mackerel 1 pc

In separate bowls, grate one medium boiled potato. Also, on a coarse grater, chop 1 boiled carrot, 50 grams of hard cheese, and 2 boiled eggs.

Remove the bones from one jar of mackerel and mash well with a fork.

Finely chop some dill, each to your own taste.

Place a mold with a diameter of 12x12 centimeters on a plate and lay out a layer of potatoes. Spread mayonnaise on top and coat the salad.

Lay out the carrots. We don’t lay out all the carrots, we leave a little for the next layer. Coat with mayonnaise.

Lay out the next layer of pre-prepared mackerel and coat well with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped dill.

Place grated cheese on top, I use Russian cheese and also coat with mayonnaise.

We lay out the remaining carrots, distribute them into the mold and grease them with mayonnaise.

We use 2 grated eggs as the last layer. Place on salad and distribute evenly throughout the pan. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to soak the salad a little.
