Seafood Delight: Krill and Rice Salad

This salad is a must for seafood lovers. Krill are arctic shrimp that make interesting-tasting dishes. I’ve heard about krill meat for a long time, but I only recently bought and prepared a dish from it for the first time. I will cook again.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Apples (green) 1 pc
Rice 100 g
Eggs 2 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
cucumbers 1 pc
Krill meat 300 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the rice in salted water until tender. Then place the rice in a sieve and cool. Drain the krill and mash the meat with a fork.

Wash the apple, remove peel and seeds and cut into small cubes.

Wash the cucumber, dry and cut into cubes.

Hard boil the eggs. Then drain the water, cool the eggs and peel them. Cut into small cubes. Place krill meat, rice, eggs, cucumber and apple in a salad bowl.

Season the salad with salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.
