Salad with salted milk mushrooms is prepared simply and quickly, and the mushrooms can be replaced with any other ones. And it turns out very satisfying, so you can serve it as a full dish for dinner. It is also good for a snack, especially with strong alcohol.

Basic:

Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Potato 2 pc
Chicken breasts 250 g
Greenery (onion, dill, lettuce) 30 g
Green pea (canned) 200 g
Milk mushrooms (salty) 150 g

How to make a salad with salted milk mushrooms? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Boil eggs, jacket potatoes and chicken breast in advance. The eggs must be boiled in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then cooled, pouring cold water. Pour boiling water over the salted mushrooms to wash off excess salt. If the mushrooms are large, then cut them into pieces. Open the can of canned peas and drain the liquid. Rinse fresh herbs in running water.

Boil the chicken breast in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then cool. Cut the cooled chicken meat into cubes.

In a salad bowl, combine chopped chicken and salted mushrooms.

Without peeling the potatoes, boil them in boiling water for 20-25 minutes. Drain the water and cool the potatoes. Peel the boiled potatoes in their jackets, remove the skins from them, and cut into cubes. Remove the shells from boiled eggs and cut them, too. I usually cut eggs using an egg slicer. By the way, when the potatoes are small in size and well cooked, the egg slicer does an excellent job with them. Add the chopped potatoes and eggs to the bowl.

Finely chop fresh herbs. For the salad I use fresh dill and green onions. Add chopped greens and canned peas to the salad bowl.

Mix all the ingredients carefully so that the salad does not look bruised. Drizzle some olive oil. Add a little salt and ground pepper to your taste.
