How to make cabbage salad with carrots and butter? Very simple. Prepare the ingredients according to the list. A tastier salad, of course, will come from fresh and juicy vegetables picked from the garden. Remove the top green leaves from the white cabbage. Cut the head of cabbage into a couple of pieces, remove the stalk and chop into thin strips.

Wash the carrots with a brush in running water, peel off the skin. If the vegetable is just from the garden, then it is enough to rub it with a stiff brush without removing the skin so that more nutrients remain in the carrots. Grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Place the cabbage in a deep bowl, in which it will be convenient to mix the salad. Add a pinch of salt. Remember to cut vegetables with clean hands so that the cabbage releases its juice.
