Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make meat soufflé from raw minced meat in the oven? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Choose minced meat according to your taste. It can be minced meat from a certain type of meat, for example, only pork or beef, or mixed. You can replace broccoli with fresh or frozen green peas.

Step 2

Step 2
Pour milk into the minced meat and mix thoroughly until smooth. Leave for 1 hour. Thanks to the milk, the minced meat will be saturated with moisture and become soft and juicy. I used ready-made store-bought minced meat to save time on cooking. But if you want, you can make minced meat yourself by passing the meat through a meat grinder or grinding it in a blender.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the broccoli thoroughly, separate into florets and cut into medium pieces. You can use fresh or frozen broccoli. I have fresh cabbage. Defrost frozen cabbage first and dry it.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into small cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

Step 6

Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and fry, stirring, until golden brown.

Step 7

Step 7
Add onion, bell pepper, broccoli, flour, eggs and spices to the minced meat. Gently knead the minced meat until smooth. To ensure that the broccoli does not crumble when kneading and retains its shape, it is better to first knead the minced meat thoroughly, and then add the broccoli and mix gently.

Step 8

Step 8
For the filling you will need 4-5 eggs. Take category 1 eggs with a bright yolk. Then the dish will look more impressive.

Step 9

Step 9
Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. It is important to cook the eggs correctly so that when peeled they are smooth and even. The eggs should be at room temperature before boiling, so remove them from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Pour warm tap water into a ladle and lower the eggs into it. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Then cook over low heat for 9-10 minutes. Dip the finished eggs into cold water and leave until completely cool.

Step 10

Step 10
Place the minced meat on a sheet of foil folded in half and form an even rectangle. Place boiled eggs on top of the minced meat in one row.

Step 11

Step 11
Roll the minced meat into an even roll so that the boiled eggs are inside. Curl the edges of the foil like candy. You should get an even cylinder. You can simplify the molding process: place half of the minced meat in an oblong narrow baking dish, spread the eggs on top and cover them with the remaining minced meat.

Step 12

Step 12
Place the raw minced meat roll on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 40-45 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your technique. If you wish, you can unroll the foil at the end so that the top of the roll browns.

Step 13

Step 13
Transfer the finished meat soufflé with egg to a dish, cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
