Garlic 2 clove
Salt 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 1.5 l
Green onions 20 g
Bay leaf 2 pc
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Vinegar (9%) 100 ml
Dill 2 tbsp
Hot pepper 1 pc
Eggplant 1 kg

Add salt, sugar, vinegar to a pan of water and wait for the liquid to boil.

Cut the washed eggplants into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm.
