Basic:

Garlic 6 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Mustard to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Ketchup 5 tbsp
Mackerel 4 pc

Thaw mackerel.

Make a sauce from mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, vegetable oil, spices and salt. Add chopped garlic and grated onion there.

Mix everything well and spread on the mackerel. Place in a cup and leave to marinate for 3-5 hours.
