How to bake zucchini, tomatoes, cheese, garlic in the oven? Prepare your food. Take young zucchini — they have a thin skin that does not need to be cut off and practically no seeds. Take tomatoes about the size of a zucchini. Use 25-30% cream. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.

Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut off the ends. Cut them into rings about 1.5 cm thick.

Also cut the tomatoes into slices.
