A very pleasant and tasty, aromatic, slightly spicy version of everyone’s favorite hot dish — fried potatoes — will delight you and your family. This dish is easy and simple to prepare. You can use fresh tomatoes, or you can replace them with horseradish (spicy snack sauce). You can take fresh bell peppers, but if you don’t have that, then frozen ones will do just fine. After trying these potatoes, my family and I realized that this delicious dish would become one of our favorite ways to prepare fried potatoes, because all the ingredients simply complement each other perfectly!
