How to bake pumpkin in a pot in the oven? Prepare your food. This quantity of products is designed for a 500 ml pot. Any type of pumpkin is suitable; it is not necessary to take dessert varieties, since it will be baked without sugar. Take two eggs per pot. Butter, although there is not much of it, choose high-quality, natural butter that complies with GOST.

Wash the pumpkin and cut into pieces. Remove the inside with seeds. Do not throw away the seeds, but wash and dry them in a dry frying pan. Cut the skin off each piece with a sharp knife. Be careful, the pumpkin is very hard, donʼt cut yourself. This is why it is better to clean small pieces. Cut the peeled pieces into small cubes.

Place the pumpkin in a bowl, add salt and spices. Choose them according to your taste. Thyme, nutmeg, and Provençal herbs go well with pumpkin. Even cinnamon if you like it. Stir.
