How to make turkey with champignons in a creamy sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, choose boneless meat. Cream can be of any fat content. The best option would be cream with a fat content of 22%. The higher the fat content of the cream, the richer the flavor of the sauce.

Cut the turkey meat into small pieces.

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add the chopped meat and fry for 5-7 minutes. The meat will release juice. But then it will evaporate and the meat will begin to brown.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Pour a little oil into a hot frying pan and, along with the meat, fry the onion for a couple of minutes in another frying pan.

Wash the champignons, dry and cut each mushroom into 2-4 parts.
