Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork ribs on a grill on a grill? First of all, prepare the meat. The ribs must be fresh, then the finished dish will turn out incredibly tender and juicy. If you have frozen meat, you should remove it from the freezer in advance and defrost it at room temperature. Rinse the ribs under running water and dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Step 2
Separate the ribs from each other. If there is not enough pulp on them, then the ribbon can be left as it is, that is, marinated and fried in a whole piece. I had ribs with meat and a layer of fat, so I made individual pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Prepare everything for the marinade. Peel the onion. Rinse tomatoes, onions and herbs and dry.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the onion into medium-thick rings.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the ribs on a flat surface. Season with salt, sprinkle with ground coriander, oregano and pepper. Turn the pieces over to the other side and sprinkle with all the seasonings as well.

Step 6

Step 6
Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the greens. Place onion rings on top of the meat. Squeeze the tomatoes, crush the greens with your hands (this creates aromatic juice) and send to the meat. Add vegetable oil. Mix everything very well and place in a food container, bowl or pan. Leave to marinate in this way for at least an hour. The longer the ribs marinate, the more aromatic and tastier they will be.

Step 7

Step 7
Light up the grill. When the wood and coals burn out, you can proceed to the next step. Place ribs on a dry, clean rack. Send it to the grill.

Step 8

Step 8
Cook, turning the ribs occasionally.

Step 9

Step 9
Fry until cooked and a golden, appetizing crust appears. You can check the readiness of the meat by making a cut on one of the pieces. If you see clear juice, then the kebab is ready. Do not overcook the ribs on the coals, otherwise they will become dry. It took me about half an hour to get the meat ready.

Step 10

Step 10
Delicious ribs are ready! Serve them hot with fresh vegetables, all kinds of salads, as well as with winter preparations such as lecho, pickles, etc.
