Rabbit and Parmesan Pasta Nests

A hearty and tasty dish for the whole family! Easy to prepare! Pasta nests without sauce with rabbit meat and Parmesan can be prepared by adding water or meat broth. Usually the second option is used if the meat is not too fatty. Only onions, garlic and spices are added to the minced meat; the egg may not be added. To prepare this dish you will need a deep frying pan or saucepan with a lid. And at the end of cooking, delicious nests of pasta and meat can be sprinkled with grated cheese or herbs. Serve with vegetable salad, hot sauce or gravy.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
1. Prepare all the necessary products. Make minced meat from any meat, or defrost it first. I have minced rabbit fillet. You will need pasta in the form of nests. Peel the skins of the onions and garlic and rinse in water.

Step 2

Step 2
2.Place all the minced meat in a deep plate. Add black pepper and salt and stir. You can also add chicken seasoning or ground coriander to the minced meat.

Step 3

Step 3
3.Chop the onion on a coarse grater. Pass the garlic through a press. Add the ingredients to the minced meat, stir until smooth. If the minced meat is cooked immediately, then the onion and garlic can be passed through a meat grinder.

Step 4

Step 4
4. Place the required number of pasta nests in a deep frying pan. It should be remembered that the nests will increase during extinguishing.

Step 5

Step 5
5. Make small cutlets from the minced meat and place them in the pasta nests. The cutlets form well if you make them with wet hands.

Step 6

Step 6
6.Pour warm water into the frying pan; it should cover 2/3 of the nests. If desired, you can salt the liquid and add spices or bay leaf. Cover the pan with a lid.

Step 7

Step 7
7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook the nests with minced meat for approximately 25 minutes. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Turn off the heat, sprinkle the macaroni nests with cheese, and cover with a lid. Can be served in 5 minutes. Very aromatic and appetizing pasta with meat cutlet. Bon appetit!
