Cut the turkey breast fillet into portions about 2 cm thick. There is no need to cut it very thin. This way it will not fry, but will simply dry out.

Sprinkle both sides of the meat slices with salt, ground pepper, paprika and curry. Rub the spices into the meat and leave to sit for about 15 minutes. The spices will have time to impart flavor to the meat.
