Pork (neck or back) 500 g

Cut the onion into cubes, mushrooms into slices.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry until liquid evaporates. At the very end, add chopped garlic and herbs.

Cut the meat into 1 cm thick slices.

Grate the cheese and add to the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.
