Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Bulb onions 2 pc
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Chicken legs 4 pc

To prepare chicken stewed with onions, take chicken drumsticks, onions, salt, butter and ground pepper.

Cut the chicken drumsticks in half for convenience.

Fry the chicken in hot oil.

Turn over and fry the other side.

Peel and coarsely chop the onion.

Add the onion to the chicken, fry a little, add salt and pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for about 35-45 minutes. Serve the finished chicken with the resulting onion sauce hot with any side dish or just with sauce and herbs.
