Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pork stew in a slow cooker in jars for the winter? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless pork meat with a minimum amount of fat. Cut all films and veins from the meat.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the meat into small pieces and place in the multicooker bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Add salt, pepper and bay leaf to the meat. If you are confused by the presence of peppercorns in the finished stew, you can tie them in a gauze bag and remove them after cooking. Cover the multicooker bowl with a lid.

Step 4

Step 4
Turn the multicooker on to the “Stew” mode for 6 hours. It is convenient to do this at night. After the end of the mode, the multicooker will switch to the “Warming” mode and wait until the morning.

Step 5

Step 5
Stir the finished stew so that the salt is evenly distributed in it. During the stewing process, a lot of juice appeared from the meat. Turn on the "Fry" mode and bring the stew to a boil.

Step 6

Step 6
Prepare jars for the stew. Rinse them well and sterilize them in any way convenient for you — this can be done in the oven, in the microwave or over hot steam.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the hot stew into the prepared jar and add a little broth from the multicooker bowl to the top. Pour boiling water over the lids and close the jars. Cool the stew and store in a cool place. Enjoy your meal!
