Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Dough:

Water 150 ml
Salt 1 g
Eggs 1 pc
Wheat flour 420 g

Filling:

Salt 8 g
Minced meat 500 g
Bulb onions 500 g
Zira 2 g
Ground black pepper 1 g
Cilantro, coriander 15 g

Roasting:

Salt 2 g
Bulb onions 100 g
Ground black pepper 1 g
Tomatoes 300 g
bell pepper 300 g

Recipe instructions

Mix the dough. Pour water, add some salt, break and beat the egg, add flour and knead the dough. Cover with film and leave on the table for one hour.

While the dough is infusing, prepare the frying. Chop onion 100g, bell pepper 300g. and tomatoes 300 grams. Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the vegetables; at the end of cooking, add some salt and pepper.

In a blender, puree 500g of onion, cumin and cilantro, add to the minced beef, add salt, pepper and mix.

Roll out the dough into a sausage shape and divide it into parts, about 30 grams each, cover with film. Roll out each piece of dough to a thickness of 2 millimeters. Place 50 grams of minced meat in the middle of the dough and seal the edges in the form of envelopes.

Grease the prepared manti with vegetable oil and place in the manti-cauldron. Pour in water, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
