Baked Spinach and Egg Delight

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Butter (melted) 1 tbsp
Milk (or less, depends on the size of the mold /or cream 10%/) 0.5 cup
Pepper to taste
Eggs 2 pc
Cottage cheese (any % or soft cheese) 2 tbsp
Spinach (LEAVES fresh or frozen) 200 g

Prepare the necessary products and baking dish.

Boil the spinach leaves in boiling water for no more than 1 minute./I used frozen ones, but do the same with fresh leaves/.

Place in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Squeeze the spinach and cut into ribbons. Transfer to a deep bowl.

Add cottage cheese, melted butter — mix.

Add 1/2 milk or cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper — mix.

Grease the mold with melted butter. Place the spinach mixture, make two depressions and break the egg into them, add a little salt to the egg on top. Carefully pour in the remaining milk, lightly piercing the spinach with a fork, being careful not to damage the yolk. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 18 — 20 minutes. Donʼt overdo it! The eggs should set /like a fried egg/. Serve immediately — do not reheat. Bon appetit !
