Kid-Friendly Chicken Dumplings

Children will really appreciate these dumplings. Also suitable for diet. Can be served with sauce: add 2-3 tbsp to 50 g of sour cream. l. broth left over from the quenelles and add spices (I used ground French herbs with salt). Stir until smooth. If desired, you can add boiled rice to the minced chicken.

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Chicken mince 200 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
loaf (1 slice) 15 g

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut off the crusts from the loaf.

Pour milk over the crumb and leave for 2-3 minutes.

Place minced chicken, egg, flour, a piece of loaf soaked in milk, salt and pepper into a blender bowl.

Beat the mixture until smooth.

Boil water in a saucepan with a pinch of salt. Using a tablespoon, scoop up a little minced meat and place it in boiling water.

Cook the quenelles for about 7 minutes until done. The finished quenelles should float to the surface.
