Onion 1 pc

Wheat flour 1 tbsp

Pork 500 g

We wash the prunes with warm water and cut them in half — there is no need to chop them very finely.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it over high heat. Add the meat, do not reduce the heat. Fry for 5 minutes on one side.

After 5 minutes, turn the meat over to the other side. After this time, the juice will begin to release, so we will not let it drain and the meat will turn out juicy. Fry for another 5 minutes on the same high heat.

Add the onion, stir, reduce the heat to medium and fry everything together for 10 minutes while stirring. During this time, the onion will get tired well.

10 minutes after frying the meat with onions, add prunes, ketchup, and a tablespoon of flour to the pan, salt to taste and add spices — I used Italian herbs. I used curry-flavored ketchup — it was perfect. Mix.

Pour in enough hot water to almost cover the contents of the pan. Add a little more salt to suit the gravy, taste and adjust if necessary. Simmer over low heat with a lid for 35 minutes. During the allotted time for stewing, you will need to stir the meat and add water. I stirred three times and added hot water three times to replace the evaporated water. Turn off the meat and let it brew.
