Spicy Teriyaki Vegetable Stir-Fry

Original, spicy, fast, simple, very tasty! Vegetables in teriyaki sauce are incredibly spicy and aromatic due to the addition of garlic and ginger. This is also facilitated by their preliminary marinating. Anyone who loves Asian flavors in their food will love this recipe!

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make vegetables in teriyaki sauce? Prepare the vegetables. Wash and peel the carrots. Using a sharp knife, chop the carrots into medium strips.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the zucchini. If you do not have a young zucchini, then peel it from the thick peel using a vegetable peeler.

Step 3

Step 3
Also remove hard seeds. I find it convenient to do this with a tablespoon.

Step 4

Step 4
Chop the zucchini into the same medium strips as the carrots.

Step 5

Step 5
Wash the pepper, cut off the tail and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into small strips as well.

Step 6

Step 6
Wash the ginger root and cut off the skin. Peel the garlic. Grate both ingredients on a fine grater.

Step 7

Step 7
Place all the chopped vegetables in one bowl. Add teriyaki sauce, garlic and ginger to the vegetables. Add salt to taste. Stir. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for an hour and a half so that the vegetables are well marinated.

Step 8

Step 8
Heat a rimmed frying pan (ideally a wok) over high heat. Add sesame oil. Once itʼs hot, add the vegetables to the pan. Fry them, stirring, for about seven minutes. Do not reduce the heat, it must be strong so that the vegetables are fried and not stewed.

Step 9

Step 9
Once the vegetables have softened, add the green beans. Donʼt defrost it first. Stir the vegetables and fry them for about ten minutes more. Serve the dish hot; you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the vegetables. Bon appetit!
