Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to stew liver in soy sauce? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the garlic and pass through a press, or chop with a knife or fine grater.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the liver thoroughly in running water to remove blood, remove films and ducts. Dry. Cut to your liking. I cut it into medium pieces.

Step 4

Step 4
In a deep bowl, combine the liver, garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, starch, paprika, and ground pepper. You can use any other spices to your taste. When frying, starch will help form a crispy crust, which will keep the liver juicy.

Mix everything well, it is convenient to do this with a spoon.

Step 6

Step 6
Separately, combine soy sauce and sugar in a container and mix.

Step 8

Step 8
Add soy sauce and sugar to the pan. Fry the liver for another 2 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
Gradually pour in hot water. Season the gravy with salt if necessary. Bring the gravy to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.

Step 10

Serve the liver in soy sauce with your favorite side dish, add parsley or dill. The gravy can be strained to remove the starch flakes. It will be a great addition to the dish. Bon appetit!
