Quick, easy, no yeast, for the whole family! A simple kefir pizza in the oven is prepared from ordinary ingredients, on a yeast-free basis and does not require much time. Soft, with crispy edges, it is slightly different from the traditional version. But it doesn’t lose at all in terms of taste.

Ingredients (4 portions)

For dough:

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 260 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Soda 0.25 tsp
Kefir 125 ml

For the tomato sauce:

Garlic 1 clove
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Water 50 ml
Tomato paste 60 g
Basil 0.25 tsp
Herbal mixture to taste

For filling:

Hard cheese 60 g
bell pepper 30 g
Ham 70 g
Olives 5 pc
Cherry tomatoes 4 pc
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

How to make a simple kefir pizza in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough. Pour the kefir in advance so that it warms to room temperature.

Combine kefir with soda, mix, leave for 5 minutes. A reaction will occur where the soda is quenched with lactic acid. Bubbles will appear on the surface and the kefir will rise noticeably, so choose a larger container.

Add vegetable oil. It will give the dough elasticity.

Sift flour into the resulting mass and mix. Do not pour out all the flour at once. It may take less than mine. But perhaps more. When kneading the dough, focus on its consistency.

The dough turns out soft and tender. Do not add a lot of flour; the dough should not be too stiff. Wrap the finished dough in a bag and leave on the table for 15-20 minutes. The gluten in the flour will develop and the dough will become more pliable.

While the dough is resting, prepare the tomato sauce for the pizza. You can use any ketchup or ready-made sauce. Choose seasonings and spices to taste.

Cut the pre-peeled garlic into thin slices.
