Baked Pumpkin and Meat Delight

Onion (red) 1 pc
Garlic (2-3 cloves) 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pork (pulp) 500 g
Pumpkin 500 g
Thyme, thyme (3 branches) 10 g

How to make pumpkin baked with meat in the oven? Very simple! First, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can add vegetables and spices to your taste. You can replace pork with any other meat. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into large pieces.

Wash the pork pulp, be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will not allow it to fry — it will stew. Cut into medium pieces. You can take meat from any part of the carcass. I have a ham.

Peel the red onion and cut into slices. You can replace the red onion with shallots or regular onions.

Pour everything with the remaining vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Scatter fresh thyme sprigs on top. If you donʼt have fresh thyme, use dry thyme.
