Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Rice 100 g
Eggs 1 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 10 g
Pork 700 g
Dry spices to taste

How to make meatballs in tomato sour cream sauce in the oven? First of all, let the rice cook. Boil it according to the instructions on the package. Then drain it in a colander and let the water drain well.

While the rice is cooking, prepare the minced meat. To do this, cut the meat into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder.

Place the minced meat in a spacious bowl in which you will knead it. Add onion to the minced meat, also minced.

Then add boiled rice, egg, salt and spices. For spices I use dry dill and a little pepper mixture.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Form meatballs with your hands and place in pan.

Separately combine sour cream with tomato paste. Add some water and spices. Add flour. Mix everything well.
