How to make meat with fruit in the oven? Very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. In addition to pork, you can bake chicken, turkey or beef using this recipe. Keep in mind that the cooking time, as well as the taste and calorie content of the dish will change. For example, beef takes longer to cook than pork, and chicken or turkey takes less time. You can take any fruit according to your taste and season. Apples, quinces, oranges, etc. are suitable.

Step 2
Wash the pork and dry it. Rub the meat with dried herbs, salt and pepper. You can add spices to your taste. Choose a part of the carcass according to your taste. This could be a ham, shoulder, carbonate, neck, tenderloin, etc. I have carbonation.

Step 3

Step 3
Cover the bowl with cling film and place the pork in the refrigerator for 3 hours. About half an hour before cooking, turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

Pour lemon juice over the fruit. Place the marinated pork in the form with the fruit. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 200℃ for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour red wine into the mold. Cover the pan with foil and return the meat to the oven. Bake at 180℃ for 30-40 minutes. Then turn the meat over and bake without foil for another 15-20 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe. You don’t have to turn the meat over, but periodically pour the juice from the bottom of the pan over it.
