Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Chicken mince 600 g
Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil (for greasing the mold and frying minced meat and mushrooms.) 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tomato paste 60 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 3 pc
Greenery 40 g
Chicken eggs 2 pc
White mushrooms 500 g
Young zucchini 3 pc
Soft cheese 150 g
Kefir 170 ml
Bran 1 tbsp

pour 1 tbsp into the frying pan. olive oil, add mushrooms and place in a frying pan.

chop the onion and garlic, divide into two parts

add the first part of the onion to the mushrooms and fry until half cooked, salt to taste

cut the zucchini lengthwise into long layers 2 mm thick

pour 1 tbsp into the pan. oil, fry the minced meat, add the second part of the onion with garlic, salt to taste and simmer for 3-4 minutes
