How to make stewed beef in the oven? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. To make the meat juicier, it is better to use the pulp of fresh beef or veal. Take any vegetable oil. I have sunflower. You can add or replace the vegetable part to your liking.

Wash the meat, be sure to dry it with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will not allow it to fry — it will stew. Cut the beef pulp into portions.
