Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 20 g
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 40 g
Rabbit 500 g

Chop the rabbit carcass into pieces. Take the required amount for baking and rinse well in running water. Then dry with a paper towel.

Place a little mayonnaise and peeled and chopped garlic into a spacious bowl. Add some salt and spices. Mix everything well.
