How to make kefir pizza without yeast in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pour kefir into a bowl and beat in a chicken egg. Add baking powder and a pinch of salt to improve the taste of your future pizza.

Beat the mixture with a whisk or mixer at the lowest speed for two to three minutes until light bubbles form.

Add olive oil to the dough. Sift wheat flour through a sieve. This is necessary so that it is enriched with oxygen. This will make the finished dough more tender. You may need a little more or a little less flour than the specified amount, so add flour to the egg-kefir mixture in parts.

Knead elastic dough. At first it is convenient to do this with a tablespoon, and then, when the dough acquires a denser consistency, it is convenient to knead it with your hands. Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a towel or napkin and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes to rest. During this time, the gluten in the flour will swell, and the dough will become softer and more elastic.

Distribute all prepared ingredients onto the base. The order does not affect the taste. But it seemed to me that it would be beautiful in this order: onions, sausage, tomatoes and bell peppers.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I used Tilsiter. Spread the cheese evenly over the remaining ingredients. In fact, you don’t have to skimp on the cheese and even add a double portion. This will only make the pizza tastier. Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. The exact time depends on the features of your oven.
